Facilities
St. Margaret’s Co-operative Bowling Club is situated within the grounds of the Co-operative Sports Club. The Clubhouse contains a large function area which is capable of seating 100 people around a dance floor measuring 36 feet by 12 feet. Here we hold our many social functions including our Annual Dinner & Dance. This room is also used for the afternoon and evening teas during the bowling season. An exceptionally well equipped kitchen is easily able to cope with the catering of all events held here, as is our well stocked bar.
The Clubhouse bar is open every evening and Sunday lunchtimes throughout the bowling season and on Wednesday evening, Friday evening and Sunday lunchtime during the closed season. All are welcome.
The changing facilities consist of two rooms. The main white building is used mainly by the men, both visitors and members, with the green building use as an overflow. The green building has been fitted out to keep the Ladies comfy. Between them we can easily cope with 50+ players.
There is ample spectator areas with benches and sunshades!!
